We're Live! 🎉

Today is the beginning of something I have long desired to start, yet it is something more of an accident than planned.  

I actually never planned on starting my website this summer. One day while relaxing in my room nearing the end of July, I came across this video by Ali Abdaal in my YouTube recommended feed. I don't know why, but when I saw it,  I thought to myself: I'm going to watch this video and start my website today, no matter what. About forty minutes later, calebmorato.com was born. It amazes me how some of the greatest choices we can make in life do not appear on our to-do list. The existence of this platform is evidence of that.

On this platform, I will be sharing with you primarily three important areas of my life: Leadership, Communication, and Finances. I'll also share content relevant to my college experience at American University as I progress as a Finance Major.

On a final note, while attending my school of business convocation, our dean stated that he felt like his entire career was somewhat of a whole accident. One accident after another would lead him to a position that would, at times, make him question whether or not he would end up becoming something. He stated that the accidents in life that led him to step into his future always took him on an adventure that somewhat led him to the place he needed to be.

I feel like this platform embodies that. And I hope that it helps you step into your future as well.
